I am a BAFTA and Broadcast Awards-nominated series creator, writer, script editor and development consultant with nearly forty years of experience in children's television.

I have created, written, developed and edited award-winning live-action and animated series for many of the world's leading studios and broadcasters.

In recent years I spent two years working as part of the BBC Children’s commissioning team, contributing to the development of CBeebies programming slate.

I recently consulted and developed the recent CBeebies branded hit ‘Balamory’ for Lion TV. Updating it from the original hit series which I also developed.

I recently finished work on my first middle grade fantasy novel titled ‘The Boy With No Bones’ due for release in Autumn 2026.

I am currently open to develop and write for new animated and live-action children’s content for broadcasters and independent producers.
